When you're feeling tired, working out is probably the last thing on your mind. But before you flop down in front of the TV, consider this. Don't worry if you're out of shape, your workout doesn't have to be intense to be effective. Even low intensity activities such as a leisurely walk will help to boost your energy. So the next time you're feeling zapped, put on a pair of tennis shoes and go for a walk. Walking is the ultimate stress reducer and energizer.
