Big Bellies Are Unhealthy!
You may be able to cover up that big belly, but you cannot hide from the health risks. Study after study shows that it increases your risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer and diabetes. Women whose waists are bigger than 35" are twice as likely to die from heart disease according to the National Institute of Health. You may not have a weight problem except for your belly--but that is a big problem. Belly fat is so dangerous because it lies deep in your abdomen, surrounds your organs and secretes toxic hormones. Cutting just 100 calories a day from your diet will help you to lose 12 lbs. in a year which will help you to lose that belly fat.

I am very lucky, my belly is flat...
Maybe it has more to do with lifestyle than luck!
I think it is body type. I have been at or just below my ideal weight, and I still have some fat in my belly. It is good to know the risks.
