Are You Still Following This Old Diet Rule?

Have you been following this diet rule: Don't eat after 7:00p.m.? So what makes 7 PM the magical cut off time anyway? The original idea was that people should stop eating 3 hours before bed time and 10 PM was the average time most people went to bed. Although it's a good idea to stop eating a couple of hours before bed, the reason why has nothing to do with weight gain. It's basically because of digestion. Going to sleep on a full stomach may make sleeping uncomfortable. Your body doesn't know what time it is when you eat. It will metabolize calories eaten after 7PM the same way it does the calories you eat earlier in the day. What's important is the total number of calories you eat in a day.

Hi!I was wondering if you could tell me how long a power nap should be and would it be different amount of times for different ages? Thanks =)

According to research, a 10 to 30 minute nap is all you need to feel refreshed, no matter your age.
Thanks for visiting!

What I have found about dieting is, it is easier if you make small changes. Pick one thing you want to improve such as eat more vegetables, or stop drinking sodas, or eat less salt. It will be much easier to do. The other thing you need to do is to have a specific reason why you want to lose weight, such as to improve your health or to feel better.
