"All Natural" is the second most common claim on food products. Unfortunately it is often applied to products that contain ingredients that are definitely not found in nature such as all natural ice cream yet the product contains partially hydrogenated soybean oil. To cut through the confusion on food labels, ignore the buzz words on the front of the package and go straight to the ingredient list. There you will find exactly what is in the product and whether or not it is healthy. If the ingredient list has a bunch of words you can't pronounce, put it back on the shelf! Natural ingredients are words you can recognize.
