Want To Help Your Kid Lose Weight?
If you want to help your kid to lose weight, turn off the electronics. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends you limit your kids use of TV, video and computer games to no more than 2 hours a day. I know most kids watch more TV than that! Studies show that not only are kids who watch a lot of TV overweight, but they are more likely to resist going to bed and have more trouble falling asleep at night. They are also more likely to bully and to have attention problems. The more TV watching and video game playing they're doing, the less active kids are. PARENTS, help your kids, turn off the TV.
