What Changes Should You Make In Your Diet For The New Year?

If you are resolving to eat a healthier diet for the New Year, here are some recommendations from top nutrition experts.
Drink eight glasses of water daily. Hydrating the body is one of the best ways to maintain health.
Stop eating refined carbohydrates. Eating whole wheat breads, and brown rice are better choices.
Eliminate all foods that contain partially hydrogenated oils. These type of fats are very unhealthy.
Eat more fruits and vegetables. They are rich in nutrients and can help you to lose weight.
Watch your portion sizes. Most of us overeat and that is the culprit for being overweight.
Control your calorie intake. You should get no more than 25% to 30% of your calories from fat.
Any one of these recommendations would make a good diet resolution for the New Year. Remember, once you make your resolution, consistency is the key!
