According to the Sleep Disorders Center at the University of Mass., adults as well as toddlers have a "biological readiness to fall asleep" in the middle of the afternoon. They say a quick nap does your body good. 10 minutes to half an hour is all you need to feel refreshed. A few power-nappers who subscribed to this philosophy: Winston Churchill, Thomas Jefferson and Albert Einstein.

I usually take a half an hour rest after dinner. I feel good after the rest.
